Visual Merchandiser – Retail (Sandro/Maje)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser to support the Sandro and Maje brands at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait. You will translate seasonal trends into compelling in‑store and window displays that attract customers and drive sales, working closely with store teams and the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and set up window and in‑store displays, mannequins and torsos according to brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Create visual merchandising packs and guidelines for each market/store.
• Plan and execute the use of space, lighting and graphics to highlight key products and promotions.
• Travel to stores and new openings to install displays, provide training and coaching on visual standards.
• Provide feedback to buying and head‑office teams on product presentation.
• Draw design concepts by hand or using computer tools.

Required profile

• Adaptable and able to follow management direction.
• Strong creative presentation ability and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pro‑active with good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication for coaching store staff.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
