Waiter – Full‑Time Service Role

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic waiters to join our restaurant team, delivering a pleasant dining experience to guests. The role involves greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer queries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
- Maintain clean and well‑set tables throughout service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés or hospitality (premium experience preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management diploma is a plus.
- Basic training in customer service or food‑and‑beverage service.
- Presentable, customer‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
