About the role
As a Waiter at Radisson Blu, you will deliver the brand’s "Yes I Can!" service ethos, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. You will work in a dynamic restaurant environment, supporting the Food & Beverage team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and service stations before opening.
- Take drink and food orders, enter them accurately into the Micros POS system, and serve promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining area throughout service.
- Monitor guest needs, respond to enquiries, and handle complaints with a proactive attitude.
- Ensure all condiments, china, glassware, and cutlery are stocked, polished, and presented correctly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, assist in other outlet areas when required, and uphold hotel policies on hygiene and safety.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Micros POS system for order entry and billing.
- Knowledge of proper handling and maintenance of service equipment.
