About the role
We are seeking an energetic and friendly waitress to join our restaurant team in Kuwait City. The role involves providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and present menus.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid transferable Visa (type 18) for Kuwait.
- No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.
