Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Kuwait City warehouse for Al Jasser Fabrics Company. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for the efficient handling of fabrics and related materials, ensuring stock availability for production and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching fabric shipments.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
• Plan and optimise warehouse layout and storage solutions to maximise space and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, train and schedule a diverse warehouse team, monitoring performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and logistics teams to align stock availability with demand.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards, including proper equipment handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or supply‑chain management, preferably within textiles or manufacturing.
• Strong background in operations management with a track record of streamlining processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with solid communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
