Warehouse Officer (Full-Time)

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will oversee daily warehouse operations in Farwaniya, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and supporting the logistics of telecom equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Manage stock levels, implement FIFO rotation, track materials and coordinate transportation for cost‑effective delivery.
• Lead, train and schedule warehouse staff, resolve issues and promote a collaborative environment.
• Maintain daily ledger updates and generate reports on inventory status, dead stock and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards, especially when handling hazardous materials.
• Oversee storage and tracking of specialised telecom equipment such as antennas, RRUs, wireless cards/boards, MW cards/boards and various cables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under productivity targets.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and hazardous material handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for ledger management and reporting.
