Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our retail online warehouse. You will ensure efficient receipt, storage, movement and distribution of visual merchandising assets while driving a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics of moving creative assets across the retail estate.
• Receive orders, verify against procurement records, report any inconsistencies or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for the visual‑merchandising warehouse.
• Protect assets from damage and implement preventative measures during handling and storage.
• Dispose of assets after an agreed period through staff sales or waste.
• Supervise Warehouse Coordinators and Drivers, schedule deliveries and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Ensure all activities are performed safely in line with health‑and‑safety best practices.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in retail logistics or warehouse/stockroom operations, preferably e‑commerce.
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Relevant vocational qualification is a plus.

Required skills

• Process‑driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
• Capability to track performance and generate reports.
