Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Kuwait. The role focuses on efficient inventory management, order fulfillment and driving team performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and operational targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock control procedures.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement and other cross‑functional teams.
• Analyse performance data and implement continuous process improvements.
• Optimise space utilisation and overall warehouse organisation.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train, coach and evaluate team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Background in e‑commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG or third‑party logistics (3PL) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
