Water Compliance Supervisor

About the role

The Water Compliance Supervisor will support V2X Inc's drinking water and wastewater programs in Kuwait. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you will lead a team of compliance specialists, ensure accurate sampling and reporting, and maintain adherence to DoD, U.S. Army and host‑nation water regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Train, evaluate and mentor water and wastewater compliance specialists.
• Schedule and oversee all water‑quality sampling, wastewater treatment, collection and compliance inspections.
• Collect and verify ice, water and wastewater samples, ensuring proper chain‑of‑custody documentation.
• Review and approve weekly analytical reports and timecards for direct reports.
• Maintain accurate records on shared drives, including sampling logs, inspection reports and correspondence.
• Assist in updating work instructions, SOPs and quality audit documentation.
• Prepare sampling and management reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in water or wastewater compliance.
• Ability to interpret DoD, U.S. Army and host‑nation water regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Effective communication skills for training and providing feedback to team members.
