Welder & Fabricator – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are seeking experienced welders and fabricators to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait on an immediate basis. The positions involve hands‑on welding and metal‑working tasks across a range of projects, ensuring high‑quality output and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform MIG, ARC, and TIG welding on various metals and thicknesses.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Set up welding equipment, select appropriate consumables, and adjust parameters for optimal weld quality.
• Cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools and machinery.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, and production concerns to supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with MIG, ARC, and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑conscious attitude.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
