Wellness Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Wellness Manager to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive wellness programme across our hotel property. The role combines strategic planning, guest experience design and cross‑departmental collaboration to embed wellness into every guest touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a property‑specific wellness strategy aligned with brand standards.
• Design wellness experiences that integrate physical, mental, emotional and environmental well‑being.
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, spa, recreation and rooms divisions to embed wellness touchpoints.
• Create and manage a schedule of activities such as yoga, mindfulness, nature walks, sleep programs and detox packages.
• Partner with spa and fitness teams to deliver signature wellness journeys for guests.
• Introduce and oversee special events including wellness retreats, fitness pop‑ups and seasonal campaigns.
• Incorporate sustainable and local elements (farm‑to‑table, herbal treatments, eco‑hikes) into programming.
• Supervise fitness trainers, wellness coaches and external practitioners.
• Ensure optimal functionality, cleanliness and aesthetics of wellness spaces and enforce safety, hygiene and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote wellness offerings and represent the hotel’s wellness philosophy in the community.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing wellness strategies for hotel properties.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work closely with Spa Manager, Executive Chef and Rooms Division.
• Experience supervising fitness trainers, wellness coaches and external practitioners.
• Knowledge of sustainable and locally‑sourced wellness programming.
• Understanding of safety, hygiene and brand compliance standards for wellness facilities.
