Adjunct Faculty Positions – College of Arts & Sciences

About the role

The College of Arts and Sciences is hiring qualified adjunct faculty to teach a wide range of subjects, including Art & Graphic Design, Arabic, Foreign Languages, Anthropology, Communication & Media, English composition, History, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Music & Drama, Philosophy, Political Science, International Relations, Psychology, and Intensive English. Positions are open to local residents of Kuwait and may involve face‑to‑face or online delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction in assigned discipline, either in classroom settings or via online platforms.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Motivate, manage, and evaluate student performance throughout the term.
• Maintain academic standards and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
• Local residency in Kuwait.
• Commitment to teaching excellence.
• At least two years of teaching experience in higher education (preferred).
