About the role
The Area Manager will oversee several restaurant locations, ensuring each branch meets performance, hygiene, and service standards. This role requires strong operational oversight and the ability to drive sales and compliance across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and improve sales, operations, and compliance for all restaurant branches.
- Conduct operational and cash audits to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain and enforce SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service quality standards.
- Manage branch performance and staff development across multiple locations.
Required profile
- Indonesian citizenship.
- 3–5 years of genuine QSR experience, preferably with brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut.
- Basic English communication skills.
- No prior work experience in Kuwait.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant branches is a plus.
