Assistant Concierge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Concierge Manager supports the delivery of Anantara’s Service Promise by leading the Concierge team, ensuring guests receive seamless, personalized experiences throughout their stay at Banana Island Resort Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Concierge department, adjusting schedules based on business volume forecasts.
• Coach, lead, and guide Concierge Agents, providing feedback and training opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, promotions, and city events to inform guests accurately.
• Coordinate guest requests for dining, tours, transport, medical services, childcare, and other off‑property needs.
• Manage the network of service providers and ensure availability of printed materials such as brochures and maps.
• Handle luggage, messages, parcels and ensure efficient delivery, retrieval, or storage.
• Monitor financial transactions, adhere to cost‑control guidelines, and maintain integrity in all monetary matters.
• Ensure all concierge endorsements are completed and documented accurately.
