Assistant Manager Compliance

About the role

Future Kid Entertainment & Real Estate Company is expanding its compliance function and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the compliance agenda across its family‑entertainment venues in Kuwait. The role ensures that policies, procedures and daily operations align with Kuwaiti laws and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the company’s compliance framework, policies and procedures.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates in Kuwait and translate them into actionable policy and process changes.
• Conduct compliance reviews, spot‑checks and follow‑up on corrective actions throughout the business.
• Investigate breaches, ethics concerns and conflicts of interest, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Prepare and present compliance and risk reports for the CEO, executive management and the Board.
• Deliver compliance awareness and training sessions for employees and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in compliance, governance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s regulatory environment.
• Experience in a listed, regulated or multi‑site organisation is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• High level of discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
