Assistant Manager – Infrastructure Advisory

About the role

KPMG Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Infrastructure Advisory practice. The role involves supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of public‑private partnership (PPP) projects and other major infrastructure transactions, helping them move from strategy formulation to financial close.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver advisory mandates on infrastructure planning and transaction strategy.
• Support clients in structuring and financing complex infrastructure projects, including PPPs.
• Conduct market and financial analyses to inform client decision‑making.
• Prepare and present advisory reports, transaction documents, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other service lines to ensure integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in infrastructure advisory, transaction advisory, or related financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver high‑quality client deliverables.
• Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, project finance, and public infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
