About the role
Our university is seeking a full‑time Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management to join the Business School for the Fall 2026 semester. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate HRM courses, supervise student projects and contribute to the department’s research agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and assess undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management.
- Develop teaching materials, quizzes, exams and classroom activities.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, including internship and research supervision.
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish findings in refereed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees and university‑wide initiatives.
- Support college and departmental service activities with leadership and collegiality.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline from an internationally accredited university.
- Strong publication record, especially within the last five years.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level.
- Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
