Associate Marketing

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate Marketing professional to support the planning and execution of advertising, promotional campaigns and events. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement across targeted communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing advertising, promotional campaigns and events according to quarterly plans while respecting brand guidelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to fulfill campaign requirements and generate creative ideas for brand engagement.
• Draft and produce content for campaigns and maintain in‑app marketing assets.
• Support on‑ground activations, oversee marketing materials, manage promoters and help run partnership campaigns.
• Create purchase requests, document procurement activities and track payments for the Marketing department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Familiarity with media and advertising agency processes.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making and attention‑to‑detail.
• Proactive, motivated and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
