About the role
We are seeking a Barista who will also manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Salmiya branch, ensuring excellent customer service, high product quality, and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage and overall branch profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards and company SOPs.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, performance and discipline, as well as customer feedback and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant management role.
