Bilingual Personal Assistant & Driver for Senior Family Member

About the role

This full‑time position supports a senior family member in Kuwait City, combining personal assistance with dedicated driving duties. The successful candidate will manage daily schedules using traditional paper methods while maintaining a digital backup, and ensure safe, punctual transportation for all appointments and errands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the principal’s father’s daily agenda, appointments, and personal tasks exclusively.
• Drive him to meetings, errands, and engagements safely and on time; keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well‑maintained.
• Maintain printed schedules and notes while keeping a parallel digital system for accuracy.
• Follow up persistently on calls, documents, government paperwork, and other pending matters until resolved.
• Handle personal errands, deliveries, collections, and day‑to‑day arrangements as directed.
• Coordinate with household staff, management, banks, ministries, clinics, and other external parties on his behalf.
• Be present at the family villa from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional out‑of‑hours needs.
• Uphold absolute discretion and confidentiality in all family and personal matters.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence with a clean record; confident, safe driver.
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or personal driver‑assistant for a senior individual or family (private‑household experience preferred).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
