Campaign Director

About the role

Youthvent is seeking a dynamic Campaign Director to lead event‑focused campaigns from concept to completion in Kuwait City. This on‑site contract role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure milestones are met.
• Lead and mentor campaign staff and volunteers, fostering effective teamwork.
• Align messaging and outreach activities across internal and external partners.
• Supervise day‑to‑day campaign operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Resolve logistical challenges and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated proficiency in campaign management, especially political or event‑centered initiatives.
• Strong project‑management background, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Experience in fundraising and building supporter networks.
• Background in grassroots organizing and volunteer coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City and manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under time constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Political Science, Business, Event Management, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience directing large‑scale campaigns or events is highly beneficial.
