Cards Telesales Agent (On-site, 12-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cards Telesales Agent to join an on‑site team supporting a leading Kuwaiti bank’s consumer cards business. The role focuses on generating new credit‑card customers through both outbound and inbound phone contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell credit cards via outbound and inbound telesales calls.
• Contact pre‑screened and pre‑approved leads.
• Handle objections and convert leads into active cardholders.
• Support card activation and encourage early usage.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national.
• Fluent/native Arabic and professional English.
• Previous experience in banking or financial‑services telesales.
• Experience selling regulated financial products by phone.
• Knowledge of KYC/CDD and customer data handling.
• Immediately available or able to start within 30 days.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred; strong credit‑card sales experience of around 12 months also considered.
