Cards Telesales Specialist – Credit Card Sales (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a Cards Telesales Specialist to join an international banking client in Kuwait. The role focuses on acquiring new credit card customers through outbound and inbound phone campaigns, supporting activation and early usage, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telesales campaigns to acquire new credit card customers.
• Convert qualified leads into approved and activated credit card holders.
• Assist customers during card activation and early usage.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, data privacy, and banking regulations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services telesales.
• Hands‑on experience in credit card acquisition and contact‑center sales.
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using telesales platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
