Career Advising Supervisor (Bilingual English/Arabic)

About the role

The Career Advising Supervisor leads a bilingual (English and Arabic) advisory team within the Center for Continuing Education. This role ensures prospective and current learners receive accurate guidance on professional development programs while driving enrollment growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of high‑quality bilingual advisory services, providing accurate program information to clients.
• Monitor and support team achievement of enrollment targets through lead management and conversion tracking.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and educational institutions.
• Oversee registration, record‑keeping, and data‑management processes to ensure compliance and informed decision‑making.
• Maintain and update client databases, track sales activities, and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in career advising, training services, sales, or client relationship management.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
