Catering Supervisor – Event Services

About the role

The Catering Supervisor will lead the on‑site catering team to ensure flawless preparation, setup, service, and breakdown of events. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced food‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff throughout all event phases, from preparation to breakdown.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales, dispatch and other departments to meet event requirements.
• Verify that food, equipment, utensils and supplies are complete and delivered on time.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene and uniform compliance.
• Enforce food safety, cleanliness and company service standards.
• Handle customer requests and resolve operational issues during events.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and manpower assignments.
• Check and account for catering equipment and materials before and after each event.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Arabic (basic communication).
• Basic computer skills.
