Civil Supervisor – Immediate Hire in Fahaheel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing civil construction activities on various projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor progress against project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company procedures.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues and report status to project management.
• Manage site documentation, material deliveries and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of on‑site civil construction experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Immediate availability to start.
