About the role
The Client Relations Officer will join ZAD's call centre in Kuwait City, handling both inbound and outbound client communications. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships through phone interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Maintain service quality and follow ZAD's communication standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work five days a week, eight hours per day.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning shift only for female candidates).
- Strong communication skills with a local accent suitable for client interactions.
