Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

The Clinic Operations Manager will lead daily activities of an eye‑care practice in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth patient flow, efficient front‑desk operations, and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff, coordinate schedules and manage appointment bookings.
• Monitor patient flow, handle inquiries and resolve escalations.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee retail displays and point‑of‑sale processes.
• Support compliance with clinical, safety and regulatory standards.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue tracking and cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, retail or clinic management.
• Strong team‑leadership, coaching and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and records management.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Solid organizational, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
