About the role

Join 8.5Media, a fast‑growing Kuwait‑based marketing and media agency, as a Commission‑Based Sales Representative. You will be the front‑line driver of new business, promoting the agency’s digital marketing services to prospective clients across the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue potential clients through calls, meetings and networking events.
• Present the agency’s portfolio of services, including social media marketing, branding and online advertising.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close sales to achieve commission targets.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align service delivery with client needs.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and a genuine interest in the sector.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite in Salmiya and attend client meetings or local events.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or client‑facing roles; media or marketing background is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
