Community Planner (Secret Clearance) – ASAB ESS

About the role

The Community Planner will support the Ali Al Salem Air Base (ASAB) ESS program by developing and maintaining comprehensive community, regional, and land‑use plans. The role ensures that installation development aligns with mission requirements and supports approximately 4,000 personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compatible use planning between on‑ and off‑installation facilities and infrastructure.
• Plan, program, budget, and execute projects supporting assigned programs.
• Use cost estimating tools to produce government estimates and project budgets.
• Collect and evaluate data affecting physical development, maintenance, and management of installation assets.
• Prepare planning studies and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Coordinate with U.S. deployed forces and ensure contractual performance objectives are met.
• Be available within two hours of notification to meet with Government personnel on the installation.
• Oversee delivery of services to roughly 4,000 personnel and safeguard government and contractor property.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. laws, Saudi Labor Law, Final Governing Standards, OEBGD, AFI, and local standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Possession of a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to respond within two hours of notification for on‑site duties.
• Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to hazardous conditions.
• Capability to work with a diverse, international, multi‑skill workforce.
