Computer Engineering Instructor – Full‑time Faculty

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Computer Engineering Instructor to join our private college in Kuwait starting Fall 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, support research activities, and contribute to the academic community.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver undergraduate Computer Engineering courses.
• Create teaching materials, quizzes, assessments and examinations.
• Mentor and evaluate students’ academic progress and supervise project work.
• Participate in departmental and college meetings, committees and strategic initiatives.
• Engage in research, professional development and college‑wide service activities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Strong command of oral and written English, the language of instruction.
• Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary and fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching and curriculum development for Computer Engineering subjects.
