Computer Engineering Instructor – Full‑time Faculty

About the role

The leading private college in Kuwait is seeking a full‑time Computer Engineering Instructor to join its Computer Engineering program starting Fall 2026. This position involves delivering high‑quality instruction, supporting student development, and contributing to the college’s academic mission.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, labs, and tutorials for computer engineering courses.
• Design assessments, quizzes, and exams and evaluate student performance.
• Mentor and supervise students on projects, research, and academic progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and college‑wide initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
• Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast‑paced academic environment.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills, the language of instruction.

• Demonstrated teaching competence in computer engineering or related subjects.
