Consultant Radiologist – Mammography

About the role

The Consultant Radiologist – Mammography will join a leading private healthcare institution in Kuwait, delivering high‑quality breast imaging services. You will be responsible for both screening and diagnostic mammography, as well as related ultrasound and MRI interpretation, ensuring accurate and timely patient diagnoses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations.
• Interpret breast ultrasound and MRI studies.
• Conduct image‑guided procedures, including biopsies and lesion localization.
• Provide clear, BI‑RADS‑compliant reports to referring physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical decision‑making.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years post‑qualification experience in diagnostic radiology with a focus on mammography and women’s imaging.
• Medical degree and specialty training (PhD, Fellowship, Board Certification, etc.) from a recognized authority (USA, Canada, UK, Germany, GCC, or equivalent).
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing with the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
