About the role

EY Kuwait is offering a Consulting Graduate Program designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in management consulting. You will join diverse project teams, receive mentorship, and work directly with clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client data and prepare insights for strategic recommendations.
• Conduct client interviews and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop actionable solutions.
• Present findings and proposals to clients.
• Travel across the MENA region as needed for project delivery.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) completed within the past 24 months.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
