About the role
Four Seasons is seeking a Cook 2 to join its award‑winning kitchen in the heart of Kuwait City. You will work in a dynamic, five‑star environment, preparing high‑quality dishes that meet the brand’s exacting standards and delight guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, and visual guides.
- Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in establishing and maintaining standard recipes.
- Inspect taste, temperature, visual appeal and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Prepare room‑amenity items when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a five‑star luxury hotel.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Culinary knowledge of multiple cuisines
