Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join our remote call‑center team supporting an online travel platform. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing cases, and providing first‑level assistance to homeowners using the booking system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, log interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist homeowners with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Analyze call data and share customer feedback with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Reliable broadband connection and suitable hardware (PC/Mac, headset).

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or later, macOS 14 or later.
