Delivery Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport our products to customers promptly and safely, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves planning routes, handling payments, and maintaining vehicle condition while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to designated destinations for product deliveries.
• Ensure safe driving and meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze delivery addresses, determine optimal routes, and maintain schedule.
• Report accidents or injuries to supervisors immediately.
• Collect payments from customers at delivery.
• Request feedback and resolve client complaints.
• Perform vehicle inspections (tire pressure, cleanliness, safety).
• Notify supervisors of major repairs and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain driving log, complete daily paperwork and performance forms.
• Keep uniform, shoes, and motorbike clean and hygienic.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a delivery driver.
• Valid Kuwait Light Driving License.
• Good knowledge of local roads and delivery routes.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry products as required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
