Dispatcher – Oil & Gas (MUD Plant)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to support oil and gas operations at our MUD plant locations in Shuaiba and Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves coordinating drivers, equipment, and field staff to ensure timely and safe execution of daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for drivers, equipment, and field personnel.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely deployment to job sites.
• Maintain real‑time communication with site teams and management.
• Prepare and manage dispatch schedules, reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company operational procedures.
• Handle emergency dispatch situations efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and field coordination.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Age below 40.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with dispatch or logistics management systems.
