Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The Distribution Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, dispatch, and after‑sales support. You will manage order routing, returns, cancellations, complaints, and refunds while coordinating with Order Processing Agents, showroom storekeepers, and third‑party delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain distribution schedules to optimize fleet capacity and delivery lead‑times.
• Communicate with customers via email to provide updates on orders, complaints, and refunds.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, returns, and cancellations across multiple internal departments.
• Track and follow up with third‑party delivery agents using calls and tracking systems.
• Log and resolve customer complaints within company KPIs.
• Support showroom storekeepers with cash handling and document preparation.
• Generate daily performance reports on dispatched, cancelled, pending, and undelivered orders.
• Process orders, complaints, returns, and cancellations in SAP QM and other relevant systems.
• Ensure accuracy of all documentation and system entries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar logistics or distribution role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and process‑handling abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to go beyond limits.
• High school diploma required; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
