About the role
Edoxi Training Institute seeks a strategic, results‑driven Centre Manager to lead its Kuwait branch. The role combines sales leadership, P&L ownership, and team development within a fast‑paced EdTech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability by managing the branch’s P&L.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales and training team.
- Enhance CRM systems to optimise operations and improve sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive business growth.
- Ensure service excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a training institute (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong sales management and business development expertise.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performance teams.
- Hands‑on experience in CRM system enhancements and sales process optimisation.
- P&L ownership experience with a focus on growth and profitability.
