About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the repair, inspection and maintenance of industrial fans and motors in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves supervising a small team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high‑quality electromechanical services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities for fans and motor systems.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose faults and oversee corrective actions.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and training on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and downtime.
- Ensure all activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with fan and motor maintenance.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Winding motor repairs
