Field Salesperson – Signage Solutions

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Al Rai, Kuwait and focuses on field sales for a professional signage company. The role involves regular client visits, site meetings and business‑development activities across the country, promoting high‑quality signage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the signage market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and achieve sales targets.
• Understand client needs, conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee timely delivery of signage projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor field‑sales environment with regular client visits.
• Valid driving licence preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain one if absent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of signage materials and industry trends is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in signage, advertising, printing or related industries is preferred.
