General Cook – Full‑Time Kitchen Position

About the role

We are looking for a General Cook to join our kitchen team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will prepare and cook a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, following established recipes and standard operating procedures. The role involves working in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, SOPs, and FIFO guidelines.
• Operate across different kitchen stations and brands, adapting to various cuisines.
• Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods, ensuring timely service.
• Monitor food safety practices and enforce compliance with health regulations.

Required profile

• Indonesian citizenship as specified by the employer.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen staff.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle the physical demands of kitchen work.
• Willingness to work across multiple cuisines and stations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FIFO procedures.
