Growth Coordinator

About the role

The Growth Coordinator will act as the central hub for aligning initiatives across Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty Programs, and Customer Experience. This position ensures smooth communication, timely execution, and accurate tracking of all operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align activities across Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Experience sub‑functions.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and operational initiatives.
• Manage billing, invoicing, budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and activity trackers for performance monitoring.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and planning documents for management review.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups to keep projects on track.
• Organise documentation, records, and process workflows.
• Assist with data collection and analysis for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, operations, marketing support, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
