About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our Central Kitchen operations across multiple outlets in Kuwait. The role focuses on Italian cuisine, menu innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee kitchen operations across several locations.
- Develop menus, recipes, and detailed food costing sheets.
- Research, create, and test innovative seasonal dishes.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
- Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Develop and monitor kitchen policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance kitchen culture.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality chains.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities.
- Creative, hands‑on approach with a passion for food.
- Ability to manage multiple kitchens and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
