Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with employee needs across designated internal customer groups in Kuwait. The role provides front‑line HR support, partners with business leaders, and ensures HR processes are delivered efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of HR business partners and administrative professionals.
• Partner with business leaders to manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations and related documentation.
• Provide advice on organizational effectiveness, productivity and working practices.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations and administer disciplinary actions.
• Serve as the point of contact for Kuwait Labour Law compliance and regulatory matters.
• Oversee the Kuwaitization program and ensure compliance with local hiring quotas.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development and other HR functions on recruiting, succession planning, performance management and compensation initiatives.
• Participate in special HR projects and drive continuous improvement of HR policies and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations, labour law, compliance and immigration.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
