HVAC Technicians – Central A/C, Cold Room & Workshop (Kuwait)

About the role

Alhasawi Group is hiring experienced HVAC technicians for multiple positions in Sulabiya, Kuwait. Openings include Central A/C Main Technicians, Cold Room Main Technicians, and Workshop Main Technicians. Candidates will work on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a range of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of central air‑conditioning systems.
• Install and service chillers, mini‑split units, cassette and floor‑standing A/C units.
• Handle cold‑room installation, maintenance, and component repairs (compressor, condenser, evaporator).
• Repair and service refrigerators and other workshop‑based HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience with central A/C systems and mini‑split units.
• Knowledge of chillers (preferred) and cold‑room systems.
• Hands‑on experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigeration components.
• Ability to work in a workshop environment and perform independent repairs.
