In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating eye‑catching displays that reflect the brand’s identity, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience within retail locations. The role also involves training store teams on visual standards and supporting seasonal merchandising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services in‑store.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently applied in windows and throughout the store.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising standards, floor plans and layout designs that maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in‑store layouts according to brand guidelines.
• Capture photographs of display changes for documentation and reporting.
• Utilize creative lighting and window displays to highlight new product lines and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with operations, brand management, VM Manager and sales teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in store pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are correctly implemented.
• Conduct market trend research to keep displays aligned with current lifestyle and fashion trends.

Required profile

• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to translate them into effective store displays.
• Ability to train and coach store staff on visual standards and merchandising practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to document visual changes through photography.
