Industrial Projects Manager - Project Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Projects Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for large‑scale industrial projects, from tender through execution and close‑out. The role combines project leadership, commercial oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure safe, on‑time delivery of heavy‑lift cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle including route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, risk mitigation, and HSSE compliance.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, quotation review, vendor selection and ensure accurate billing and margin protection.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs and partners; conduct project reviews, manage escalations and negotiate solutions.
• Manage relationships with heavy‑lift carriers, vessel owners and specialized subcontractors, approving subcontracting decisions and commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, HSSE standards and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Supervise and mentor project specialists and field teams, building capability in heavy‑lift logistics and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics and heavy‑lift operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project P&L.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and handle multiple large projects under tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills.
