About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Management Executive to oversee inventory control and reporting using ERP systems and advanced Excel tools. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring movements, and delivering timely reports.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, stock records, and related documentation.
- Utilize ERP software and advanced Excel to track inventory movements.
- Generate regular inventory and stock control reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and support audit processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize stock availability.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with good organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in inventory roles is preferred.
